The Untold Stories

So today we are going to listen to the stories of people who always remain quiet. They hardly share about what is going on in their heads. They may not utter a word, but they are still great story tellers. Confused??

We are all aware about the writers, poets, novelists, professors and so on and so forth, who narrate epic stories. In a way they are expressing themselves. They are letting out their thoughts and ideas, very loudly and clearly in the universe. So, lets call this a Primary Phase. In the primary phase, they talk and we listen. They write and we read. It’s a simple trade of emotions, fantasies, thoughts, experiences by the writer/reciter. Our world celebrates these extraordinary contributors.

Now, the Secondary Phase is the interpretations of these thoughts by the readers/listeners. I personally love this phase. Since we all don’t think alike, there can be myriads of conclusions. But, hold on. Everything can be related to the Bell Curve Theory. This means the majority of us would be thinking alike, and only a few of the geniuses would interpret it differently. The biggest proof of this is that sometimes we all unanimously like the work of same authors or poets for the same reason. It is only these few accomplished ones who really think differently. Should we hear them out? Yes, because this is where real perspective lies. This is where growth of the human mind lies. Hence, it is necessary to be opinionated. It is necessary to speak your mind. Chances are that you might just stumble upon a rare kind, by following the mere act of listening.

So then what happens to those who have stories in their heads, but are never narrated. This can be a huge library in itself. Also can these short stories be inter-connected? Is it possible that while using staircases, two different stories running in the minds of two individuals coincide with each other, which further gets linked to other silent story teller, and a continuous pattern is formed. This can happen anywhere, anytime, at any given situation. May be, it is these recurrent running patterns in the background which gives birth to Eureka!! How all of a sudden, out of no where solutions are obtained. At subconcious level, all stories are may be getting connected. Hence, every individual is a story teller. A person who remains quiet all the time, probably is the half author of your unfinished story.

So, maybe the first and the last phases are connected. It might just happen that the idea for writing a brilliant novel, just stems out of the recurrent running patterns in the background. It is the thoughts, ideas, of several quiet individuals which are finally giving voice to the reciter and speed to the pen of a writer.

Thus, everything in life is circular. Once a quiet person; is now a story teller.

P.S- I would like to thank all the quiet storytellers who contributed to my this piece. Have I hit the “Bell Curve” or deviated? I shall leave it upto you.
